I could go off on a really long rant about schools implementing zero tolerance policies and why they are bad for both administrators and students, but I'll try to keep it short and, at the end of the post present a workable alternative.

People wearing masks, black clothes and carrying swords will be allowed to carve their initials in walls, ride horses and make out with Catherine Zeta Jones.
