World War What?

Earlier today I was in Barnes & Noble and noticed the cover of this book:

In addition to all the other problems I have with this book I must object to the title (derived from re-titling the Cold War as World War III).

If we're going to start down this path let's go all the way. Here's a list of other wars that I believe should be added to the numbered ones:

Ok, what did I miss? Post or email suggestions and I'll total up the actual number and send it to the book's author asking him to correct his title in the next edition.
